Belt thickeners

As concerns belt presses, OCM manufactures machines with belt width from 500 mm up to 3100 mm, in various models, from 5 pressing rollers for mineral sludge up to 11 rollers for organic sludge. Thanks to continuous research our belt presses can reach high delivery and high dry solids contents in the dehydrated sludge.
In case of very fluid sludge (from 0.5% dry solids) OCM installs a sludge thickener on top of the belt press, in “cascade” construction. This solution makes it possible to avoid installing static thickeners in the plant, with remarkable savings in cost and space, with the same results in dry solids and separation efficiency.
We manufacture belt presses and thickeners in hot dip galvanised steel or completely in stainless steel.
As concerns table thickeners, OCM manufactures machines with belt width from 900 mm up to 3200 mm, in various models. We manufacture table thickeners in hot dip galvanised steel or completely in stainless steel.
As concerns drum thickeners, OCM manufactures machines with diameter from 700 mm up to 1400 mm, in various models. We manufacture drum thickeners completely in stainless steel.
As concerns polymer stations, OCM produces both manual and automatic machines, using powder polymer; the automatic line called “SP” is manufactured in a range from 500 up to 12000 l/h of polyelectrolyte solution, with concentrations (depending on models) from 0.05 up to 0.5%. The manual line called “VPM” has one only tank and is manufactured in models ranging from 300 to 3000 dm3. The stations can be equipped with dosing pumps for the polymer solution, and various ancillary equipment such as a feeler for powder level, electric anti-condensation resistance, stirrer for the storage tank, ladder with foot-space for loading the powder, flow-meter for the solution and more.
